Virtual Self Care Personal Program
This program is for those who are not in the Tucson area but need the benefits of working with me to help reduce their stress and have a Self care plan. The program includes weekly live virtual yoga classes recorded for use at home, a member forum for participants, a monthly personal phone consultation for support, monthly audio of meditations for home practice, and a yoga products package with a mat, bolsters, and water bottle.

kim-sent you email from work-but on a personal level would like some info on the private sessions…I wasn;t aware there were so many tyeps of yoga, my daughter (20 , u of a student) is very into Yoga, so I’d like to learn more about what you actually do, versus me just going to a class with her. there are so many Yoga houses popping up all over etc.
